Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

I also use the Xlear nasal spray morning and night. Keeps nose happy. Banana
Also use it on 2 yr old Grandaughter. Keeps her nose happy too.

Sinus congestion seems to be more related to too much humidity. I turned my humidity down to 1 and switched to a non-heated hose and the problem went away.

If you have a high AHI, you likely aren't getting a full night's sleep. I have a low AHI, but RLS keeps waking me up and thus I get headaches. Now that the A/C is on again, my legs are all calm again, so i wake up without a headache.
