Sleep machines and data
#11
RE: Sleep machines and data
Adding to JM's comments above Auto mode allows the machine to determine the optimum pressure settings at any given moment in time. Check with your doctor as to the reason he prescribed a constant pressure. If you're diagnosed condition allows you to proceed with apap mode then 8-11 is a reasonable place to start. Your graphs in SH will also let you know if Ramp is working as it will show the machine ramping up to 11 over time when treatment commences. Instead of Auto Ramp try setting it to 20 minutes and you may have an easier time falling asleep. Keep us posted as to how you are getting along with your treatment.
