"hours used" issue

"hours used" issue
I have an interesting issue with my resmed airsense 10, where it does not always give me credit for the hours used. Specifically, I may have used the machine for 8 hours, and the machine indicates maybe 3 hours or 3 and half hours. I might add, that I do work 3rd shift, so I am using the machine like 10 am through 6 pm. Has anybody else had this problem?

RE: "hours used" issue
The new day starts when the internal clock says noon.
The internal clock is supposed to be set to local time.
So, let's say you start on the machine at 9AM and sleep until 4PM.
That's 3 hours credited to one day; and 4 hours credited to the next day.
If you look at the usage display just after waking at 4PM, you'll see 4 hours.
However, the first 3 hours should get credited to the prior CPAP day;
and it should all add up in the end.

Oh, and Welcome
