I don't understand.

Ohmy
I don't understand.
Ok, so I'm new to all this data stuff.. Sad

But I'm hoping these figures are good.
This is a screenshot of my Sleepyhead data for the 44 days I've been using a CPAP machine.
It took me three days of trying to get past the 4 hours in a night mark, I really struggled with it at first.... and part the way through the first month I also had a head cold and couldn't use the machine for two nights.
My specialist has said I have to do 28 days straight at a minimum 4 hours per night before he will sign off for me to get my driver's licence reinstated... I'm fitter and healthier than the people ordering and doing the damned tests on me. Oh-jeez

So I'm still in "assessment" mode at the moment with my mindset on it.
I will be so glad to get the clearance letter from the specialist that I need to present for my appeal case, I go back to court on the 18th of August.. fingers crossed for success this time seeing as we had to ask for adjournments the two previous times.

The compliance reporting on SleepyHead defaults to 4 hours/night (you can adjust it). For the past 30 nights you were 96% compliant which equates to 29 nights out of 30. Actually 96.666% but it's truncated. So you've got the nights up, it's just a matter of showing that you got 28 straight without a break. Probably the easiest way to do that is to use the SleepyHead overview screen. In the usage chart, compliant nights are shown blue, non-compliant are red and those with summary data only are grey. Nights when you didn't use the machine at all don't have a bar.

I'm also unsure if my AHI levels and other statistics are ok or not, but it will all come to make sense to me given time I guess.

The other thing that has me confused is that I believe I only need to make it to 80% of the 28 days at 4 hours minimum to satisfy the RMS (the vehicle licencing authority here in NSW)... anyway, it will all sort out eventually.

I'm appreciating the information I'm finding as I slowly work my way through the threads and posts on the forum, and also the feedback my questions are receiving.
Thanks

Yes, your AHI is fine. Under 5 is regarded as clinically treated and you're well under that. Also your leaks are very low. So your numbers are excellent - it's now a matter of getting comfortable with the therapy so that you can sleep right through each night and wake refreshed.
