wrong time in apnea bord soft
1-Why my apneaboard screen is showing 9:18 am when my real est time is 11:58am (-5 gwt)?
2-I would like to fix that time but don't know how.

Go to User Control Panel: http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/usercp.php
and then select Edit Options

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night
