I started out with nasal masks, and they made my nostrils raw. Lanolin really helped. But after 6 months I noticed my nose took on a permanent pig nose. The mask stretched my nostril wide and my nose became bulbous. I switched to a nasal mask, and after some time now my nose is almost, not quite, back to normal.
