Am I awake?

Am I awake?
When the Flow Rate chart looks ragged/spiky does that mean you are awake or does it mean something else?

I do not recall being awake at these times.

Do any of the other graphs indicate if you are awake (or close to it)?

So that is struggling to breath, not waking up?

The top example doesn't show anything going on. The bottom one is about four minutes before a hyponea. Half hour from the last one.

RE: Am I awake?
My take on this is you are probably asleep the whole time. You *may* have turned over between 4:46:05-4:46:15. Or not. It looks like you *may* have had a few snores between 4:46:15 and 4:46:35. And there is some evidence of possible flow limitation before 4:46:05. Whether it's really serious or only minor is hard to tell from just this snippet of breathing AND because the scale on the y-axis is from -110 to +110, whereas the size of the inhalations in this particular snippet of breathing are more in the 25 to 35 L/min rand and the exhalations are in the -15 to -30 range. In other words, to really say anything more definitive about how bad the breathing is before 4:46:15, it would be useful to see the same plot with the y-axis range limited to -50 to +50 or even -40 to +40.

Since your machine did not score a flow limitation, it was "happy" enough with your breathing. The flat part between 4:46:07 and 4:46:15 is not long enough to be scored as either a H or an OA/CA.

RE: Am I awake?
Is there a way to tell using Sleepyhead if you were awake, either fully or partially?
