Here's my last two nights. Yesterday I had energy, and today I am literally falling asleep on my feet. You all seem to know how to read these things, and I have no idea. Ideas?

RE: SO tired
i'd like to see you get the event rate less than 2.0, so the recommendation is to increase pressure in 0.5 increments until we get there. Enter clinical settings and set for 8.0. I'd like you to know that your leak rate the first night is very good, but lots more leak on the second night. This probably explains why you feel more tired. Getting a decent mask fix can be one of the harder aspects, and leaks are disruptive to your sleep. The hours of therapy show you're really sticking to this and everything else in the respiratory statistics is very healthy looking. Keep up the good work and try higher pressure, and the sense of getting better sleep should come around soon.
