RE: Runny Nose....need advise.
I have turned up my humidity and it seems to be better. I make sure I use a water based, moisture lotion on my face in the morning and I haven't had the soreness. I am considering a nasal mask as a secondary option. I don't want to settle if there is something to make this journey a little more comfortable. I have had more energy during the day and my afternoon slow down is much later in the day. Thank you for all the help and advise.
