Aircurve 10 VAuto, wondering about AHI

Please download #Sleepyhead. Instructions for posting charts are in the first two links in my signature.

Your increasing apnea tells me you are probably having central apnea. There is probably a reason you were issued a bilevel machine, and a look at your sleep test might reveal central apnea and hypopnea. Using pressure of 11/7 (IPAP/EPAP) is highly likely to make CA events more numerous. I consistently find that a fixed pressure works better to resolve both obstructive and central apnea in individuals with "Complex Apnea". The ultimate solution is an adaptive servo ventilator (ASV), but insurance guidelines require you to fail CPAP and BiPAP before being issued ASV. I think you have just been moved ahead on the queue by getting a BiPAP.

It's very important you get the software and post some data or we can't help very effectively. Also get a paper copy of your sleep study. Not only can that help you years from now to avoid a future sleep study, you can relate the results as they pertain to obstructive, central, mixed and hypopnea to the fourm. That could explain a lot.
