Good luck.

Dogs needed to go outside for a potty break. I turned my machine off at 11:07 PM and it recorded that I had slept for 2.8 hours. Strange because I didn't go to bed until after 9 PM (long day today) and read a while.

So, I checked to make sure the clock was set right and it is UNLESS it is military time. At any rate, I looked around to see usage and run time. Well, usage was 244.3 (on the 15th, DME ran a report that said around 255 hours. So I looked at run time and it was about 455 hours when I put it on 3 months. I just got this machine on Sept. 10.

Help please?

well, I guess I don't know how to do that. I found the clock last night but can't find it today lol I saw usage and run time but when I looked at the 3 month period, it was very high and I have only had this machine 6 weeks

RE: Is My CPAP a new machine?
Me, I wanted a new machine also, the latest one my DME gave me had almost 200 hours on it. I saw them open the box, which looked like it was sealed from the factory. Could of been refurbished, I don't know. It still gives me the same problems as the one I turned in (whistling noise), but I surrendered, waving the white flag and all. The DME will honor the warranty, if it goes bad, will turn it in, get a loaner while they repair or replace, and go from there.

Just a note though, the hours start at noon. So if you turn the unit on for a few minutes, or to take a short nap, the hours will add on to the total for the rest of the day (until noon the next day) when it will reset to 0 again. Once you turn the machine off, if you put the hose to your lips you will feel a slow but even flow of air while the machine is "cooling down". the timer is still running during this cool down time.

To read the hours you hold down the info button and the setup button for 3 seconds. It will go into report mode and show you info about daily/weekly/monthly use.

I keep my humidifier set at 70, yours is 86...probably takes a little more time to "cool down" than mine also.
