Stick with it. I'm a 200 day veteran now.
I find that by keeping a manual "Sleep Log" where I record Hours of Therapy, AHI, Periodic Breathing and make comments such as "Sniffles, Good Night, Restless due Worrying" etc . Then when I download my data, I can see the influence of these have on my readings, so I can take steps to ensure that they do not occur. Sniffles due to a cold show as Snores!, and blocked nose shows as an OSA!

Good news on your progress. Now if I can get as good a result I would be over the moon.
I have only had my machine a couple of weeks and use every night I still wake up in the middle of the night and feel terrible in the mornings. I had a few good nights but now seem to be heading back the way I was. Adrian

Adrian, for the majority of people, they don't start to feel the real effects for between 3-6 months, you have to be patient and it will come, if not, then you need to review it with your sleep specialist.
