You have come to the right place for advice on the right machine to buy.
I am sure someone will put all the links up for you, as to information about machines and where to buy them fairly soon.
You do have a have a very bad case of sleep apnea and the sooner you get sorted the better and you are right you definitely need to be able to be able to follow your own stats and see how you are going on a regular basis.

If it was one thing imlearned it was patience. Today I feel much better have more energy and its all thanks to my cpap
