Over-The-Air Software upgrade for Airsense
There is a new over-the-air software upgrade now available for the Airsense machines. The upgrades will include all serial numbers sold so far, and will be done during the months of March and April. The only action required of users is to have your wireless on and connected (Airplane Mode off) and have a good signal indicated by the signal strength bars.
I got the upgrade last night about 4am after I turned off my blower to take a bathroom break.......screen began flashing indicating an upgrade in progress do not remove power...........only lasted a couple minutes and then back to the home screen after the upgrade.
I went into the My Options....About section to check the software version numbers.......the device software stayed the same (SX567-0205) but I noticed that the Humidifier software version had changed from SX556-0202 to SX556-0204
I do not know what the upgrade entailed, but I do know several people have complained about the connection to the heated hose drops out sometimes..........it's possible it might be related to this problem, but I have no definitive information on what the upgrade entailed.
