I do and I use the one with the strap that goes on top of your head and just above your ears. I think it's a bit too tight and I have to tweak it a lot so it doesn't hurt my nostrils. Any advice on how best to put it on?
AHI of <5 since starting CPAP. Lowest recorded AHI is 0.9!!!
