Secret handshake

The secret handshake is a slang term describing the instructions for entering the Clinician Setup Menu of a CPAP machine, which allows users to change various clinical settings on the device, including CPAP pressure.
The methods for entering the Clinician Setup Menu of most modern CPAP machines are fairly simple; usually amounting to pushing two or three buttons on the CPAP simultaneously while powering on the device.
