2 Months In, Waking hourly, but Oscar looks great (I think), what gives?
So I'm 2-3 months into my CPAP journey and have found the most success with nasal pillows and a mouth taping. My sleep study showed pretty mild AHI of 8-9 with the vast majority being hypopneas. I have dialed in my settings to EPAP 5.4 and IPAP 7.4 which regularly give me almost no events (with the exception of 1-3 false centrals). My flow limits appear low and my leaks are also extremely low and I can get them fully to ZERO with the P10 (vs the Brevida) but that alone doesn't seem to really make much of a difference. I have included some OSCAR charts below. The issue is I still awaken roughly every hour - it's extremely brief and I usually turn over all immediately fall back asleep but the fact that it's every hour is a bit annoying of course. Is this normal, is my body still adjusting, or do my settings look like they need to be tweaked?
