W-o-o-o-o! You have the CAs all right. Before coming up with plan "B", I would recommend that you to try a static pressure setting. This may reduce some of the CAs by eliminating your sensitivity to pressure changes. I think I would try a pressure of 10 cmH2O. This will put you in the proper therapy range for treating your Hypopneas, too.

Your body may be getting use to the pressure. That's good! You might try reducing your pressure to 8 cm to see if this reduces the CAs any further. My reasoning for a 2 cm drop is to be drastic enough to see if the concept is going in the right direction. You can always increase the pressure if need be. One night's data should provide a good indication.

HIGH SCORE RED!!

It is also really helpful when you rationalize your thought process...
THANK YOU!

The last time you used your ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet...
was last night (on Monday, April 24, 2023)

Your device was on for 7 hours, 54 minutes and 0 seconds.
You had an AHI of 1.65, which is under your 7 day average of 2.73.
Your CPAP device used a constant 8 cmH2O of air
Your average leaks were 2.33 l/min, which is under your 7 day average of 4.76.

Great!!! Other than the large leak, your chart looks good.

Now, for the most important question, How do you feel?
