45yo male, ahi without cpap ~45
i sleep 7+ hours solid without moving, mostly side/back
feb20~april 3 AirFit P10- could never get used to it, the lowest ahi average 2.83 but nostril irritation
april 3~april 20 AirFit N30i- much prefer the pillows, sometimes leaks as i sleep on my side.
appointment with pa in a few weeks, any information to help get the most out my meeting is appreciated!
only diff in screen shots is 8-20 with a few 7-20 all epr off

W-o-o-o-o! You have the CAs all right. Before coming up with plan "B", I would recommend that you to try a static pressure setting. This may reduce some of the CAs by eliminating your sensitivity to pressure changes. I think I would try a pressure of 10 cmH2O. This will put you in the proper therapy range for treating your Hypopneas, too.

Your body may be getting use to the pressure. That's good! You might try reducing your pressure to 8 cm to see if this reduces the CAs any further. My reasoning for a 2 cm drop is to be drastic enough to see if the concept is going in the right direction. You can always increase the pressure if need be. One night's data should provide a good indication.
