Understood!

I had no help with setting adjustments from my Dr as she is just a surgeon. That’s why I am here asking. 22 centrals an hour seems concerning to me so I was wondering if there was anything I could do?

Have you tried the extra high trigger setting? If you have and the CAs are still extremely high you may need an ASV instead of a Bilevel machine.

I have not yet.  Was going to start with high then adjust if needed.
