Update**
Gave up pretty quickly on the MAD (only used for 2 nights with my CPAP) as I was staring at the Aircurve 10 VAuto that had arrived and couldn't help myself so I opened it and am going to try it tonight.
I would love some titration help, so here is the new thread I created for titrating my bilevel:

Thank you I appreciate it. I actually just read through your entire thread and it seems like we have pretty similar data on APAP (although your FL's were a bit worse) so I am hoping this bilevel works out.
