AAM Pressure change
Any ideas to why the pressure changed so much? It was on the automatic mode.

to evaluate that we need to see an expanded view of the flow rate so we can examine the wave form, a series of 2-minute views.

RE: AAM Pressure change
It is useful to have the left column of the daily details chart so we see settings and respiratory statistics. With Auto BiPAP, the machine increases the EPAP pressure for reductions in respiratory flow such as would occur during hypopnea. You appear to be using a fixed pressure support, and so the option to increase PS is not available.
If this was my therapy, I would increase EPAP min to 7.0 EPAP max 14.0 but take the PS to 4.0. Where hypopnea is the dominant event, an increase in pressure support can overcome airway restriction providing "support" for the breath. The Philips Dreamstation also has an automatic pressure support component to its auto BiPAP algorithm, so you can choose a minimum and maximum PS. I prefer the Resmed approach of a fixed PS because the Philips machine often appears to lag in its response.
