AHI Trend Low to High Overnight
I have noticed that my AHI trend tends to go from low to high doing the night.  Is this normal?  Graphs attached.

RE: AHI Trend Low to High Overnight
I'm seeing Obstructive Apnea, Hypopnea, and Flow Limits on this chart. All require more pressure in some way.

To make you more comfortable, I would suggest AutoSet mode with a range of 10-20 and adding EPR 3 full time. EPR means Exhale Pressure Relief, and the relief is equal to the number setting. Further, this EPR number is measured in cmH20 just like your therapy number 10 cmH20. So there's a real value assigned here.

This is the same as what a more expensive ResMed AirCurve bilevel does with pressure support, but works in exhale instead of inhale with PS. However it equals the same effect, it'll help with those FL, you'll be able to tolerate higher pressures when necessary too.

Your current CPAP mode at static 10 can't adjust for when you need more assist with events later in the night.

PS those small clustered events may indicate needing to focus on not tucking your chin to chest. This is what members here call Positional Apnea. It's not what doctors refer to, as in sleep positions like supine, side, prone. Your chin may be tucking and kinking the airway externally, where CPAP can't fix.
Mask Primer

Positional Apnea

Attach OSCAR, etc.
