ASV Help
Hello, I’m reaching-out to get some assistance with my AirCurve 10 ASV. I have been using it awhile but wife still says I snore and I still feel less than rested at times… When I go on the “MyAir” site, I’m always getting a good score with events of less than 1. I was under the impression that these things adjust automatically but I’d like to post my numbers and get some feedback. Thanks!

RE: ASV Help
You need to get OSCAR charts, they're free. We need to see how good the therapy helping, and what the ASV is doing to support.
I'm going to suggest that EPAP likely needed edited. EPAP 4 to 4 is not a range, so this can't self adjust here. EPAP needs to be a bit higher to start for most, but you might be different. You might need an EPAP range 6-10 as a guess to start. BTW this is where the images tell us if you're therapy is good or not. Next, PS 0 is not helping inhale/IPAP any. You should try PS 3 to start. Ramp is forcing you to have zero therapy every time the power on button is pressed. You will probably do good to turn it off. Here's a copy of the ASV Titration. Consider trying this to guide your settings. ![]()

RE: ASV Help
Do you have an SD card in the left side of the ASV? Your 10 series ResMed will accept a standard form factor SD card, 2- 32 GB capacity, needs file format FAT32 that can be done by your computer, needs also a card reader on that computer too. You'll need this SD card in the ASV slot before sleeping to capture detailed data, otherwise you'll get summary data only. This data gets uploaded to OSCAR sometime after you wake up in the morning.

RE: ASV Help
I looked at it. It does have an SD card apparently. I set the parameters to the default titration for AutoASV before bed last night and did a lot better. I’ll go at this a few nights/ get some data while working on getting that report. I’ll post in here when I do. Thank you.
