ASV settings help please!

I think an argument could be made to raise EPAP min to your current median pressure of 5.0. Your machine is pretty busy and it looks like it is using varying levels of pressure support to maintain your respiratory rate and volume through the night. You are currently using default ASVauto settings, and since we don't see events, after this much time, the objective becomes to make changes that increase comfort. The most obvious area is PS min which is currently at 3.0, but your median pressure support is about 5.0. I think it may help you to have more minimum pressure support. A standard for bilevel therapy and the best way to reduce hypopnea is to increase PS min. It is safe for you to try PS min 4.0 and evaluate whether that is more comfortable for you. It's hard to tell without looking at the flow rate and pressure in close zoom through the night, but I suspect you rarely actually get the current minimum PS, and increasing it will help by getting the machine to that level quickly to support each breath as a baseline.
