I currently use Bleep Dreamports (same kind of principal as Nozeseals) with my mouth taped, which I've used for around 2 years. I have no leaks. I mostly sleep on my left side with occasional supine sleeping. My pressure is generally between 6.4 and 8.

@BlueSky1958. Thanks for the info about Nozeseal strips. I didn't know there was such a product.

RE: Waking up middle night stuffy nose

So much so I abandoned therapy because breathing through nose was too laborious and unproductive. Anything suggestions on what I can do or adjust on machine to prevent this? I always use a Neti Pot before going to bed so that hydrates my nose with saline, and also take a few deep "hits" from my Vicks inhaler to open up nasal passages. A full face mask will allow you to breathe through your mouth. Instead of the neti pot try the NeilMed Sinus Rinse kit. Also, check that Vicks inhaler bottle. It probably has a warning to not use it for more than a few days. You can build up a tolerance to the decongestant in the spray. You would be much better off with something like astelin nasal spray or flonase.

I use a prescription nose spray called Ipratropium Bromide. There are no long-term side effects, I use it occasionally for chronic sinusitis.

The total score is irrelevant. If you don't need 7 hrs sleep you will be docked points. I have no idea why they include mask on and off. It is a good thing if you're adjusting your mask and if you need to get up for whatever reason, by all means do so! 95 would be a perfect score for me, I don't count on off.
