Aerophagia at my ideal pressures
As the title says, i have landed very close to my ideal pressures. I am on bipap and using a pressure of 16/12 seems to yield some of the best looking flow rate graphs i have. My issue is that I have horrible aerophagia at this pressure. I will eventually wake up in the middle of the night needing to burp it all out. In the early moring i wake up repeatedsly after swallowing large amounts of air. I am using a f&p nova micro mask, chinstrap and mouth tape. I do not have any leaks at night. For refrence my obstruvive apneas seem to be treated around 8-9 cm H2O. At a pressure support of 4, my ideal pressure is 16/12. If i was to move to a pressure support of 5, could this lower my epap pressure?
