Aerophagia, no idea what to do
When I first got on CPAP I had quite bad aerophagia and tried mouth taping, i honestly cant remember if it helped or not, but feel there were times where it didnt and potentially times where it did? Lately i've been having some issues with heartburn and i think its created a bit of a feedback loop where the heartburn makes my aerophagia worse and that makes my heartburn worse.
I'm not sure if its a pressue setting or what but i'd love some advice. I attached some data below (including tonight where i woke up after 5:45 with a very painful bloated stomach, and tuesday where i weirdly woke up at the same time, and a regular night where i slept through). Would mouth taping help with this? Can i safely I lower my max setting?
Please help me Apnea board geniuses, you're my only hope!

RE: Aerophagia, no idea what to do
I suggest turning EPR on full-time and setting it to 3. It reduces the expiratory pressure and helps you air-swallowing issue. You might need to increase your minimum pressure a bit, but let's see first the outcome of EPR.
Turn the rap off as well.
RE: Aerophagia, no idea what to do
I get aerophagia from INSPIRATORY flow being too high. VCOM solves it
Breathe through your nose
Reduce sugar and processed food
Soft collar and seal your mouth
