The mask setting is still nasal. Might cause an issue, can't be certain though.
With the spikey look, the mask itself is the likely culprit.

Overall, your charts look great IMO. Leaks are a bit high though, and you said aerophagia keeps you from sleeping past 5 hours.
You could lower your PS max by 1 and see how that affects all 3: pap therapy AHI,etc., leaks, and aerophagia. If this is a successful experiment, you can even try lowering PS max by 2 in the future, etc.

I am also new to Resmed Aircurve 11 and have been mainly using the Airfit N301 nasal cushions. Like you, my AHI overnight ave <5. But I see more individual and clustered CAs. Having trouble correlating the subjective feelings with what the curves show.; and being able to properly describe my discomfort to the doctor. I don't know how your aerophagia feels. My leaks are lower, and no longer coincide with scored event times or unscored near-events; still I often I wake up at night with a tight chest, nasal congestion, uncomfortable neck base and slight headache may spoil my Quality of Sleep and the entire day. Hypocapnia? Zoom in on your Flow Rate detail to see whether your breath shapes are deformed by flow restrictions. Do you Minute Ventilation and Respiratory Rate change from normal? I am also working on reducing leaks before I'd play games with pressure settings.
I've been sleeping with the nasal cushion in supine for fear that pillow contact will break the mask seal. I'd like to better understand when a leak is caused by tongue relaxation in the mouth.

You should update your version of
OSCAR to version 1.6.0 that supports the Aircurve 11 ASV.
