I had been using the ResMed AirCurveS10 ASV from April, 2022 until May, 2024.  I then switched to my old S9 VPAP Adapt due to an unsolvable problem with the former that began early last year (long story, if interested, see my other thread, Algorithm change in the ResMed AirCurve 10 ASV).  My local DME provider has asked me to bring in my AirCurve10 so they can replace it with a new AirCurve11 with the hope that it will solve this problem (I doubt it).  I have heard a number of negative things about the AirCurve11.  If users of this newer machine will kindly comment about any idiosyncrasies I should expect, I will be most grateful.  Especially helpful will be any significant differences between the AirCurve10 and AirCurve11.

I don't have an 11, but I would ask for another 10, as they have a better track record and fewer complaints.
Machine:  ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
Mask:  Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution and F&P Nova Micro

I am a relative newbie (24 days), and never had an AirCurve 10, but do have an AirCurve 11 on which I have put just under 200 hours. I have been very pleased with it overall. The humidification tank is finnicky on how it must fit in for a good seal, but the unit overall is very quiet. The built in modem is nice, but I use the SD card to download and transfer my data to Oscar.

I recently tried the ResMed AirCurve 11 VAuto. It would be fine actually. The big differences I noted were physical machine shape and the touch screen display for accessing the clinical menu. Secondly the hose is different as the 11s have a straight connection from the machine versus the 90 degree bend on the 10s.

Caveat: I was on 10 series ASV last in 2019, and the 11 series VAuto was tried recently as the new doc thinks that's all I need. Next machine up pending...

Noise, water usage, etc. complaints are not existent.
Mask Primer

Positional Apnea

Attach OSCAR, etc.
