AirFit F40 - How should the Cushion fit on Nose

I started CPAP 2 nights ago with the Airsense 11, heated tube and the AirFit F40 Mask and I am having trouble with the medium size cushion.
It is causing a lot of pain on my septum, I am not over-tightening it but just enough to wear there is no leakage, I believe the DME fitted me with the wrong size.
The ends do not wrap around my nose but squash against the edges, see attached pics.
I'm also adding an imgur link to show the sizing card and my nose.
What size do you think I need or is Medium correct and I just need to get used to it or switch masks?

Hey Cali929, did you get your F40 mask sorted out? There’s some useful information on F40 M and SW masks. Unfortunately it’s buried in a long thread. Look at:
