Announcement re the Knightsbridge Dual Band chin strap

Just to be clear, Edwin is at Supplier #44.  We are Supplier #37.  I, Larry Shaw, at Supplier #37, am the inventor of the vertical lift, non-linear force chin strap described in WIPO patent publication WO 2021007181 A1, and am the holder of US Trademark No. 7513228 for KNIGHTSBRIDGE and US Trademark No. 6120858 for DUAL BAND.  There is a federal racketeering lawsuit against the company using the name "Knightsbridge Sleep Solutions" at Supplier #44.  Federal lawsuit 4:24-cv-05826-HSF "allegedes" that that the company recently added as a supplier at number 44 is a counterfeiter of the product I invented and sell via the link at Supplier #37.  And (the federal courts move very slowly) there is finally "entry of default" in the federal case against this entity and, frankly and emphatically(!), this entity should be removed from the suppliers list.

Well, I'm a patent agent so I know how to read the laws, and I've also had to enforce my intellectual properties a number of times before in federal court regarding another invention of mine, a toy called Astrojax, so I prepared the lawsuit myself (with the oversight/help of a lawyer friend).  So no lawyer got rich, but documenting the numerous unlawful activities took a subtantial amount of time.

I got my PhD in condensed matter physics.  My thesis was on a entropic explanation of the formation of quasicrystals (crystals with, seemingly, five-fold symmetry) and the roughening point of the Ising Model.  A bit esoteric, yes.  Most of it, after the course work, was programming for what was then considered a super computer.

Funny what I noticed the other night .. the facets on the "stem" side of pomegranate seeds have five-fold symmetry.  I think this relates to the entropically-stabilized tilings of quasicrystals!

I spoke with you quite a while ago about your product.  I am one of the people who purchased the Air Deluxe from the fraudulent seller over a year ago.  I LOVE the product, but I definitely had major issues with the sizing.  Something was very wrong and it required me to sew an area.  I would LOVE to try the new version and am in desperate need to get a new one as the velcro is no longer usable.  This was wonderful timing Larry.

I'm sorry, the website has been sabotaged again. Edwin Manzoni filed a fraudulent Takedown Notice claiming ownership of my copyrights (including depictions of me). I have been in touch with Wix and hopefully we will be back in operation within 24 hours. I have also filed a temporary restraining order requesting referral of this matter to criminal law enforcement due to unlawful acts of sabotage subsequent to the entry of default. I will post here when we are back in operation.

Please note that our website (Supplier #37) has been unlawfully sabotaged again by defendant Edwin Manzoni (this time via a fraudulent Digital Millennium Copyright Act Takedown Notice) and is currently offline.  The website should be back up in a few days.  I will post when it is ...

After attempts to evade service of process via use of fraudulent government documents, Mr. Manzoni's counterfeiting organization was served by process server and failed to appear in court as required by law.  Entry of Default was therefore issued by the court, and on March 11, 2025 I filed a Motion for Default Judgment.  I am still waiting for the court to issue the judgment so I can fully get back in business.
