Any drawback in changing from cpap mode to autoset mode ?

It looks like your pressure changes are mostly driven by the FLs. The higher pressures don't really help with the FLs, so my inclination would be to stick with EPR of 3, which will do the best job with the FLs, and not to worry about increasing your maximum pressure.

But above all, using the settings that give you the most restful sleep is the key criterion.

A unicorn visited me in my sleep last night, I think..

Considering that in the morning after my sleep study 2.5 years ago they mentioned an AHI of 85, so it's apparently possible to go from severe to "nothing".. lol What a great invention.

When I loaded it into Oscar this morning, I just stared at it trying to figure out if it was real or what.
Hence the unicorn reference.  Smile

I guess my next step is to very gradually bring down the Min pressure.

Congratulations on the double-goose-eggs! You only have to worry about the data being real if it is being reported on April 1st. Big Grin

Your numbers are awesome. At this stage it is best to ignore the numbers and go by how you feel. Do note this before looking at numbers.

We like to see FL 95% value 0.10 or less but there is no need to chase it if it is not needed.
