This thread is kind of 'old' but .... I recently bought an O2Ring from Lookee and their pre-sale support was great. Got my questions answered within a couple hours each time I emailed support.
After the sale I got an email from their support manager thanking me for the purchase and assuring I should contact him should I have any questions or problems. One of my main pre-sale questions was who provides warrenty support if needed ... Lookee? or Wellue? I was told to go through Lookee if I should need it. I didn't like some of the comments on Amazon about Wellue warrenty support so went with Lookee. Price was it was basically the same. Got free shipping and no tax at look which came to within pennie of free shipping plus tax at Amazon.
