This is my second try for CPAP therapy and I seem to have landed on a mask that works for me on my 4th try. No big issues falling or staying asleep with this setup finally.
-ResMed AirFit F30i Full Face
-Resmed AirSense 11: 9-12 Pressure Range, EPR of 3, no ramp
-Sleep study showed mild AHI 10.4. 93% average oxygen saturation.
I know the ultimate barometer will be improvements in how I feel and I intend to give it a good one or two months before making that determination, but for now I'd like to get any feedback anyone could offer on recommended adjustments.
Your chart settings look great. Did you have a lot of CAs in your sleep study? Would you please post a redacted copy of your sleep study? If you don't have a copy, request one from your doctor's office. In the US, they must provide it if you ask.
Machine: ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
Mask: Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution and F&P Nova Micro

RE: Any feedback on adjustments would be awesome
There is nothing on your charts to justify increasing the max pressure of the range. In fact, consider CPAP mode with a pressure of 10.0 cm for a few nights. 10.0 cm is between your median and your 95%. Set EPR to 2 since your flow limits are under control. With the lower EPR and no pressure swings, your sleep might be peaceful and you might even have less CAs. If the CAs don't lessen, you may have to seek a new machine, unless these CAs diminish over time.
You might have been mouth breathing during the last session, after 5:15.
Was your mouth dry?
Do you use mouth tape or a SomnoSeal device or a chin strap that pulls straight up? https://www.somnoseal.com/
Interesting video of higher pressures in APAP mode. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v6_NHkXgSRU

With regards to a chin strap that pulls straight up, I'd suggest you look into the Knightsbridge Dual Band. Please use the Supplier #37 link, since a keyword search will lead you to counterfeits! Basically, traditional neoprene chin straps wrap around the tip of the chin and the top, back of the head, the problem being that the jaw joint (which is located just in front of the ear) is located on the line between those two points. That means that traditional chin straps force the jaw almost directly into the jaw joint, which is the least effective and most uncomfortable angle to be applying force for this purpose. In contrast, the straps of the Dual Band pass under the jaw and lift vertically to work with the natural rotation of the jaw.
The info you have on the sleep study is a bit slim. They can't provide you the detailed report? HIPAA gives you the right to request and receive, even the detailed report.
When it comes to questioning about CA, the events and count table is most valuable. Then comparing it with the doctor recommendations can be helpful.
