Any insight on this data from OSCAR?

Any insight on this data from OSCAR?
My AHI went up to 3.18 for the second half of the night but was only .6 for the first half of the night. Flow limits were .09 for both and leak rate was zero for both.  Does this indicate to you that it was positional?  I think I slept on my back more the second half of the night.  Also, I have enjoyed a soft response but I wonder if standard would work better when I am sleeping on my back (if that is indeed my issue).  One other question, how can I have a zero leak rate but have all of those short spikes?  I wear a chin strap with a nasal mask FYI.  Thanks in advance!

I don't see anything positional, but sleeping on your back in general could cause more apneas than sleeping on your side.

You want to be sure that your chin strap doesn't pull your jaw back.  It should pull your jaw up.

The spikes on the leak graph is probably from mask movement.

It doesn't hurt to try the standard response.  Only you can judge the difference.
If you're more comfortable with the soft response, then stick with it.  Overall, your results looks good, so judge by how you feel.

Ok thank you! I have the "normal" chin strap they probably give all newbies that is naturally at an angle and pulls my jaw back. I will try to see if I can get it more vertical though. I might have to break down and buy one of those Knightsbridge deals however I am trying to eliminate as much stuff from my face and head as possible...any other suggestions? The thought of mouth taping freaks me out so I'd prefer not to do that and I tried a cervical collar but I have broad shoulders so it was just jammed way into my jaw and teeth.
