Any recommended changes?
This is my first post on the boards. I have been using CPAP/APAP for a dozen years, and feel that I get great sleep from my machine. But in looking for possible improvements for my wife's treatment I was curious if my settings and treatment could be improved as well. I was diagnosed with central sleep apnea above 25 episodes per hour and feel much better and well rested. I'm using an Airsense 10 with F20 full facemask.

Here are the screenshots from a typical night. The second one included the Snore rate which was nearly nonexistent. Any recommendations in changes to my settings would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

RE: Any recommended changes?
Could you post a redacted copy of your sleep study so we can see the ratio of CAs to other types of apnea?  That will help us understand your therapy a lot better.

Your start pressure is too low for most adults.  I suggest you raise it to 7.

Your leaks are a bit too high and need to be addressed.  Especially with a full-face mask, it is important to understand that leaks can be caused by too tight a mask, not just too loose a mask.  Your mask should gently touch your face while you lay down, then when the airflow begins, the mask fills up and presses down a bit on the face.  Try doing that and see if your leaks drop, and post again after you change the pressure and try the mask idea.

Best wishes for improving your therapy and comfort!  Smile
