Anyone tried myofuctional therapy for better outcomes ?
I have been doing myofunctional therapy (tongue posture exercises and lip seal, and throat strengthening )  for about a week.  My TMJ/Sleep Dental specialist recommended the Einstein method  (tongue posture positioning exercises ), which keeps the tongue more stable so it won't fall back during sleep.    Has anyone found similar results they have found that have impacted lower AHI, better nasal breathing, and more energy?    So far, it may be the miracle thing I was searching for.  Time will tell.
