Anyone tried the custom fitted masks yet?

Being a newcomer experiencing issues with different masks , my search came across a  mask called the Apneaseal N1,  which is made after taking a scan of the patients face and the mask being then made on a 3D printer.  Just wondering if anyone has tried it yet.

I have not tried it but the concept sounds like it is the way masks should be made.  I bet they are quite expensive. I see they are in Austrailia. I wonder if such are available in the U.S.

I telephoned ApneaSeal and was advised that the R&D phase of the nasal custom fit mask  has been completed and they are looking to  set up distribution channels nationwide wide and internationally within 12 months.  They expect the R&D phase of their full face mask to be completed by then through a study of 1200 participants.  I offered to be part of the trial but since they are on the other side of the country, I'll have to wait until they are for sale to the general public.  

I'm new to the world of CPAP but cannot wait to be able to have better fitting and sealing masks.

Sounds way cool Ive tried half a dozen masks of different types they all fail.
