Apnea on exhale only. Anyone have this before?
I just had another sleep study, my third, that showed an ahi of 12.  The thing I’ve noticed is that my breathing only gets restricted on exhale. I’ve woken up several times and can feel exactly what’s going on. My soft palate collapses as I breathe out but I can breathe in just fine.  I’ve always noticed flat tops to my breathing curves and I suspect this may why.  I set my cpap to continuous pressure now to try to account for it.  Would love any other thoughts or suggestions that might be helpful or anyone’s experiences.
