Arousel Index

My arousel index was 12 per hour which was high according to the doctor, but online it says an arousel index of less than 10 is normal.
Why is mine "high"? Because i had 2 more per hour than normally?

Psg did show all those arousels during deep sleep and rem sleep, my sleep cycle is messed up according to them.

Your apnea hypopnea index is 17.5 according to that print out - where are you getting arousal index from?

Looks like a bunch of arousals in REM which is fragmenting your sleep.

hm for some reason i forgot to add the arousel part..

But the arousel index is 12.1
