Are you following these directions? You need to include the left side bar. Use the F12 to take a screenshot once organized.

You are not including the statistics on the left side. There is a lot of valuable information there that is needed for someone to give you advice.
Just arrange your graphs according to the instructions on the wiki page. Your screen shots should look something like this:

Your EPR is set to 3, you need to turn it off. That should help with the Central Apneas.
And the Left sidebar is very important.
