Auto setting
I was just reading about auto cpap and it mentions the with Auto CPAP machines like my Resmed AirSense 11 you might want to set it to auto set and pressure from 4-20 or am I reading this wrong?

RE: Auto setting
No that is what we call wide open, that is the lowest and highest a cpap can go.  It is better to find the min that can quickly meet pressure to stop apnea and a max that is just above what you have for the highest pressure you have had.  Also there are flow limits that need to be looked at  as well as leaks that are caused by to much or to little pressure.
