I have never liked the automatic resupply, I like to choose what I need and order just in time. I got a call from Apria, which I let go to voicemail. When I checked the message I learned that I had an auto ship order being processed and if I wanted to cancel I had to call within 24 hours. I called and learned that since I didn't respond to a text that asked if I wanted to enroll in auto resuppy, I was enrolled in auto resupply. That's just another reason why I dislike Apria. Does anyone know of an online retailer that Insurace accepts similar to the DME?

I use Aeroflow, an online DME. They email me when a refill is coming up, and I get to choose what I want and what I don't want. They have worked out very well.
Machine:  ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto

also with AeroFlow Sleep. no complaints. so far, mask exchanges have been very simple just requiring a phone call. resupply communicated via email--just respond what you need.
