BMC G3 A20 Not Saving on SD Card

CPAP Pressure: 5 - 8
CPAP Software: Not using software

BMC G3 A20 Not Saving on SD Card
Hi All, 

So about 3 days ago I came here to download the paplink software and then it had all the data. 

I have since then (3days later) tried to download the data from the SD card, and it seems there is no new data saved on the SD card. 

I there a setting or something that I am doing wrong? Is there a way to force a save?
