Update: still sleeping very well waking up rested with an abundance of energy. Another thing adding to this is having lost 100 lbs since this time last year and still on my way to losing more. Thanks again for helping me dial in my therapy to get the maximum benefits of it.

Well it certainly sounds like you have made the most of it. Congrats on the great results. Maybe now you can coach me on the weight loss.

Update: I am now down a total of 130 lbs and have begun exercising at the gym and other fitness habits. I've regularly been at or .01-.02 ahi a night for the last week or two. Even been able to lower the min pressure needed. Down from taking 3 blood pressure meds to just half of one pill a day hopefully 0 soon
