Best Pressure Setting?
Is the best pressure setting the lowest value that produces an AHI level in the normal range, or are there are factors like the amount of REM and Deep Sleep?

Normal is only relative to you. More information is needed. You need to download Oscar and learn how to post screenshots of your data before anything can really be examined. There are a lot of very knowledgeable people here, and I'm not one of them. Get some data here and they can evaluate your current settings. GOOD LUCK!

 You will find Oscar at the top of every page in the black ribbon. You can download it there. To copy charts you press the f12 button, and then you add them to your post. Again, welcome, and good luck with achieving great therapy and comfort!
