BiPap Settings Advice for UARS

BiPap Settings Advice for UARS
I would appreciate some suggestions on my Aircurve settings.

I do have UARS. Although the numbers look good, I still don't feel great when I wake up. I generally still have a mild headache and often feel very foggy. I also tend to get very tired around 3-4pm (yawning a LOT).

I attached some screenshots of last night's data, including a snapshot of my flow rate.

When I had a sleep study, AHI was low (about 3) but I had a lot of arousals. I still wake up quite a bit during the night and don't tend to dream much (that I remember).

Thank you.

RE: BiPap Settings Advice for UARS
Welcome to the forum,
Are you on any medications that affect your breathing or sleep?
Do you have any health issues that  affect your breathing or sleep?
Did they say what caused the arousals? PLMS. perhaps?

Can you post a copy of your sleep report with your personal info redacted?
