Breas Z2 travel machine

Breas Z2 travel machine
I have been using a Resmed Elite 2 EPR CPAP machine for quite a while now.  It's set on 10 with no ramp and it works well like that.  I use a Swift-FX nasal pillow with it.  For the purposes of having a smaller machine to travel with and hoping to use it on an overnight flight, I bought a Breas Z2 machine and plan to use the same mask with it.  What's weird is that when I use it, the pressure doesn't back off much when I exhale like it does with the Resmed machine and it feels like my ear drums are going to pop out.  I tried changing the Z-breathe setting and I don't feel much of a difference.
Does anyone have experience with this machine or this issue and could help me out?  Thanks.

Well, it works better than I thought. I used it last night. I believe I can play with the settings and get used to it. I'd delete this post if I could find the option to...

RE: Breas Z2 travel machine
I have a Z1 which is similar but fixed pressure.  The pressure waveform is very different from other machines.  The initial exhale pressure actually increases, then decreases.  Once I got used to it I adjust pretty quickly when I switch from my home machine.  It has worked pretty well for me, although there isn't much data to know exactly how effective it is, but I feel good.
