1 Week Usage - Help Needed
The 3 graphs attached are my first 3 days with the cpap. I will reply below with the other attachmentrs. These are my first 7 days with cpap. I use a resmed p30i.
Night 1: I have high hours was because I was using it from the day to practice using it. However, during sleep, I took it off after a couple hours and went back to bed.
Night 2: I slept with my mask and then woke up in the middle of the night laying on my back and took it off and then went to sleep.
Night 3: I slept with my mask and then I woke up sometime at around 8am or so and noticed the nasal pillows were not plugged in, just laying on top of my lips, so I put them back in and tried to sleep, but couldn't as it was morning time already.
Night 4: I don't remember the exact details, but similar thing, slept with my mask and woke up without the mask, so I put it in. I noticed I woke up on my back when this happened. I am suspecting it might happen because when I sleep on my back, my pressure shoots up which causes my body to take the mask off. I am a side and stomach sleeper.
Night 5: I slept with the mask and same thing, I woke up with really bad nasal congestion where I couldn't breath in no matter how hard I tried. I woke up the same wait for the previous nights with similar levels of nasal obstruction where it felt as if the air wasn't going in.
Night 6: Pretty normal and didn't seem to wake up, but I didn't sleep for the 9 hours as it shows because in the morning I tried to just sleep in with the mask, but I just wasn't able to lol.
Night 7: I slept with the mask and then woke up because the inside of my nose hurt as hell and also got the congested feeling again. So I took it off and slept.
I use a hostage mouth tape, breathright strips, I sleep with the AC at 67F, on high air volume. I have enlarged tonsils, deviated septum, enlarged turbinates, and high and narrow palette. I would appreciate the feedback you guys give. And if I need to change pressure or whatever, These are my attachments for days 4-6. My attachment for day 7.

I had similar problems with P30i. When I switched to N30i, it was better. To combat nasal congestion, I successfully used a netipot (i.e., the plastic bottle is about $6) for nasal cleaning before bedtime. I also used salt three times higher than normal (isotonic) salt concentration. You can order the salt in bulk for a lower price.
According to the OSCAR charts, you are doing fine. You might feel a bit better with a minimum pressure setting of 8 cm.
For the n30i, how do I know what size i need. On the website, the sizes are Small, Small-wide, Medium. Also, is there a particular reason my nose is super dry and congested when I wake up? Maybe its the p30i cushion shooting air through as my humidity is usually 5 or 6 with 80F. Thank you!

Here is a sizing guide for the N30i. It needs to be printed without resizing.

Higher moisture makes my nose less congested, so I ran the maximum humidity setting at 30 C hose temperature. Tre is condensation, but I do not mind it.
